Comments and help again (second temp :D)

This is my second attempt at making a template... its prity much esactly how i wanted it and im so pleased with the result im goin to use it on my website www.gamewarfarecentre.com

However i have a few questions to ask here :

1.) how do i write over an image in dreamweaver?... like for news and stuff
2.) how do i put in code over an image?... eg. putting javascript advert codes where it says adverts..
