I know how to use the pen tool to vectorize an image but how would i do it with someones face? I want it to be like the che guevara picture:

Im not doing a parody of this, but i just want the same look. so it could be used as a sticker for a window, you know, one of those single color stickers in car windows.

Perhaps try
1. Desaturate
2. Brighten, contrast to desired results
3. Threshhold

That's the way I would do it. Its very easy, especially if you want the vectored image to be all one color.
