how to arrange objects in circle

Use the move tool on them and move them so it looks like a circle/

There's a whole category, look for the rectangulary marque tool .. in there you'll also find a circular marque tool, custom shape tools and other things.

i think what he is saying is, is there are line tool where you give the pics their spot on the line, and when you move the line the pics follow their spot
