Tutorial added twice

The Electricitycenter tutorial is added twice to the tutorials section. Correct it please :)

Its fixed, it was like that for max 2 minutes. ZimZ made an error in the first one so he told me to remove it and uploaded a new one. Anyways, its fixed now.
