PHP & ASP are not ready for me ,but i can write HTML (index.html & related folder)with MSfrontpage or other utility.if so what can i do for my requirement.Is there any services please?

i dont know about a free domain name. maybe a free Sub domain name from a free host like geocities angelfire or freewebs....

Cjb.cc is an excellent free host. It allows PHP and the support is phenominal. You get 50 megs for free so you shouldn't have to worry too much about space. You can also get an upgrade for 2 bux a month that gives you 250 megs plus a mysql database. All accounts are simillar to subdomains but without the www. before your address.
