I forgot how to get to phpMyAdmin. How does one get to it?

i've been there but couldn't find what i was looking for.
i've been into it before...i just forgot how i got to it...i still have the user and password i just dunno what to do with them

log in, and go to the admin controll panel, then edit the prefrences
