i dont really know what to call it, but i just dont want no comments like:

i know that its mostly brushes, but its the result that counts
and i know that the Background is a little empty, anyone have and idea of how i can solva that?

I'm going to say it anyways, only brushes . I really like the flowers in the bottom right corner, meanwhile, the top right brushes are very common, and used in a lot of images. So I don't have anything against brushes, but I don't like thoose. It gives me a noobish feeling about everything, just like when people uses the 'leaf' or 'grass' -brush that comes with Photoshop.

Another thing that I first saw when I first looked at it was, that the pink big lines in the middle looked bad. But when I've looked at it for a few seconds, I started to like it, and I don't think you should change it anymore, it gives a cool feeling to the image.

And for the background, try out to add some text, make it on a new layer, and change the opacity on the layer to maybe 50%. I recomend you to do that with the black strokes that are all over the image too.
