Connecting Oracle 9i R2 with VB.NET 2005 Express

I installed Visual Basic 2005.NET Express Edition and for a new project added reference to Oracle Connection (the one that is available as "system.data.oracle.client" version 10...". But when I put the "Oracle Connection" object on the form to define connection properties, it displays error:"Data provider identified by guid '00000000........' could not be loaded.Please let me know on how to connect to Oracle database 9i R2 with VB.NET 2005 Express.
