I am new to visual basic and I am trying to create a loop that will scan through a list of numbers in Excel and assign them as "odd" "even" or "zero" but i can't figure out how to recognize an empty cell
If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated!

Can you post the code do you have so far? What version of VB are you using?
