just another new one... I think that I am going to start a new "company" for my fathers friends. I made a website for my father, and some of his friends have asked me to make one...

kinda... i got it off of google images and tweaked it a little....

what i want to do is animate it so that the mouth opens and closes

It would have to be done in image ready. . animation in image ready is easy, but a bit time consuming. . there are a bunch of animation tuts, but not here. . maybe at good-tutorials.com ?

ImageReady is a built-in program in photoshop for minor animation, its the most simple one.

Yea the skull does look really awesome. We just had a project we had to do in my Art class and I did a skull that looked really similar to the one you have here. Mine had flames coming off of the top and sides of the skull. It looked really awesome too!
