can i use table less site for seo and how much is that is convinient using instead of traditional sites(with table)?

The thumb rule is that less code equals better SEO.
You should also be careful of what code is in the top of your source code. The important text should be in the top of your source code. So do not try to place your menu in the top of the code. Place it after your important text instead.
