I think you should get the newest Norton Antivirus edition, which is still 2004 I guess. I am not really sure if there are more versions of that. But you could ring up a shop selling Norton Antivirus, and ask them some questions on that though.
Good luck on finding the right version.

I agree to that. I haven't heard that win2k3 uses any special protocols, so all the win2k/xp software's should be able to run without any problems. I don't know if there are some servicepacks for norton antivirus, but if there are, I recomend you to use the lastest one, to get best performence on win2k3.

And welcome to DEVPPL :D

The newest corporate version of Symantec Antivirus (not Norton antivirus) is 2005, with Feb 2004 virus definitions on disk.

I would suggest that you invest in a Network Associates antivirus scanner (McAfee). Not only is it more configurable but faster and more secure then Symantec’s solution.

Either or, its your choice :)

Malcolm, I had some trouble with a McAfee virus scanner. When I booted my computer, it would hang for about 1 minute, to load McAfee. This however was not just on my own computer, this was on every computer in the house, which are 6 in total... Any clue what the problem might have been?

Dude it has to be corporate edition. It's specifically for servers.
