Vector, or Faketor?

Hey guys, yesterday I did some Photoshopping. I used a perfectly beautiful picture of my girlfriend. Someone took it at a party from her work. It already was a black&white image. Check out below the original image, and below that, the image as I edited it.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, actually it does =)

There is some tool or plug-in for Illustrator to vectorize a pixel picture without drawing all the pixel areas, you can try that on your modified image, then you can superize it and put it on the wall

Or I could redraw that image on the entire wall, and paint that. I'd have my girlfriend painted over my entire wall then
