I have an html code, but, what I want is that I don't know what's the code of adding a news letter, and also uploading an any videos?
Is their a html code of it or not?

Sounds to me like you want to use an RSS Feed. Look up tutorials on RSS Feeds....people use RSS Feeds to easily update their sites with new articles, newsletters, etc.
