AVI to FLA to SWF

Postby mfdanna on Thu Apr 19, 2007 5:28 pm

Hey guys my name is Mike, I have a client wanting to embed a video in a section of his site. This is not an issue at all. HOWEVER I do not work with video editing at all and the client wants me to black out or delete the first few seconds of the video and perhaps place his logo before the video starts.

I will be provided with the raw AVI file. Can I edit this after I run it through the encoder wizard while working in flash. Or does this need to be done before converting in video editing software?
Thanks!

It would be much easier to just simply edit it with somthing even as basic as "Windows Movie Maker" just to cut it and add in a picture and then convert it into flash. Even though you could do it in flash, that way would be much cleaner and will most likely look better.

hello!!
i use a very good software for converting. Flash to Video Encoder PRO is the best for me! i won't have any problems managing Flash To Video Encoder PRO.
It produces high quality video.Convert any Adobe (Macromedia) Flash (swf, flv files) to video movie AVI, mp4, ASF/WMV, mpeg files, etc. may be it for u? http://geovid.com/Flash_to_Video_Encoder_PRO/
