Open Word and save word document in VB

I am on an assignment wherein I have to Retierve a Word document fro Oracle and show it using Visual Basic as front End. I am done with back end code , but i have got stuck in Front end code as I want to open and save document from and to a specific destination and file. I know it has to be done using with events but have not made much headway. I would really appperciate if some good friend could help me out.
