Direct X 10 only on Vista?

Alot of people were let down when Microsoft announced that api Direct X 10 would only be released for Windows Vista and XP users would have to use their older versions of it.

In protest Alky Project are now in attempting to make convert Direct X 10 so that people using Windows XP can use it as well.

Gotta love those tactics. 'Sorry, you want the new toys; buy our new OS'. I'll wait till a service pack or 2 come out for it before considering heading to Vista.
