Preloader effects etc

Im kind of newbie..

I was wondering which good preloader or something that able


start the effect into the small banner then preloader appear and start loading then once it finished loaded. so the effects can just animated to fade away or something..then it go to new swf file or scene or whatever. cause i tried to make one. i kept failed.. tweeening wont work and everything. or site of banner i made wont load the page load theirself before preloader appear etc. so im having problems with it..

Oh sory if im not good on explaination thing..

Well i want the preload start when the intro box appear on the banner then it start the loading. once it loaded. i dont want it disppared fast i want it give slow enough time to have a final intro effect before the banner appear. right now when i see my preview i barely can see my preloader! lol cause im on high speed. and i tested it in dail up. it dont show the effect. so hope u get it by what i mean
