I like design, it's simle, but it looks like some of the boxes are overlapping (maybe it's just me).

And I have to say that I hate any kind of pop ups, why do you need them

I think its made with a bravenet website builder? that would expain the pop ups, overall i quite like the layout, quite unique and fresh but i dont like the navigation

banner needs a lot of work also
