Hi. I just got done creating a new website and wanted some suggestions on the design. Please C&C

I'll be honest. It basically sucks.

Both different backgrounds are too busy, they annoy me. Reading dark text on a light background reads easier than light text on a dark background. You're using a paper document font, instead of a screen font. The links are even harder to read than the text.

It seems to me you arnt a bad 3d grapgic artist, but your website realy doesnt relfect that. The gif and the video pages are pointless. The design... well, there is no design and basicly, no one would look at that and take you seriusly.

Think about your audiance man, is your site to show people on the internet you skills or is it just so you can say to your friends "i have a website" becuase as Freddy said "It basically sucks".

Yeah, I know it really does suck, after all it is my first website. But I am working on it. The video page really is pointless but I may still keep the GIFs page. I am working on a better template for it too. Anymore suggestions on design or just basic standars that are good to keep would be helpful.

it still kinda blows...so does mine though. i have a post. and you can make fun of mine also, which btw doesnt work with internet explorer and only with firefox. but yeah it is krackedshit.co.nr yeah but your is kinda too plain for my liking. i like more action on the page. and you need a lil more entertainment.

What kind of entertainment.

Well.. games, videos, anything entertaining i guess.. You can go to other websites for ideas, but don't go to mine because Tomi up there says it sucks balls....

Yeah well Tomi said I shouldn't put videos. I had them but he said I should take them off. They were kinda pointless. My website is not really a action website. But I am going to try to put games on it.
Any more C&C?

Well dude...most websites are pointless and stuff, but I don't know videos are kinda cool if they are funny. Well if your site is justgoing to be animations and stuff then yeah videos are pointless, but i don't really know what you want to do with it. The way i see it. Make it the way you want and some people will like it and you will always have those people who don't like it. Thats just the way it goes. Just have fun with it dude.

Yeah thanks. It was the first site i wrote in HTML so its really just a practice site but I liked it so I put it up. I'll add other stuff to it when I think of something. Any other ideas on what to put on it would be good. I may start a worm or something where users could play around with.
