It's not bad for a first try, though the first thing I noticed was the header was not directly about the body of the website.
And I think you should try moving the nav-bar the header and the body a bit closer to eachother.
I've got one question for my own sake, was does "LLC" mean in the logo name?

It stands for Limited Liability Company. It is a license for a comapny.

I like the colors, The only thing i can suggest right off the top would be to make the links on the left smaller....the boxes are way too big for the words....i dont like how I have to scroll so far down to the page to see a list of your products.

The colors are good. But besides that there are a few mistakes you made while designing.

The width of the header should match the width of the lower 'frames' of the website. At this moment it's not wide enough.

Try to stylize the tables a bit by using CSS. You can set the width of the border to 1px, which makes the site look a bit smoother.

The light brown part below the main navigation menu doesn't show correctly. On the left side, around the vertical center of the bar, I see spot that shows the background color. Besides that, I'm not sure what the bar does, so you should get rid of it, or make it a functional bar.

first off, you need to align the header, left nav and main body so there seems to some sort of shape to it.

other than that give yourself a pat on the back, you will soon learn from this.
