hi there,
using css
can we create a box, fill it with some content and if the content increases, the box will accomidate for this.
im making a site at the mo, and ive given my div tags set height and width. But in future i`ll know i`ll be getting more content to put in and rather than having to go back in the css and make the changes. Is there a css code that can be declared now and will adjust to the content that its containing.So no matter what the content ( text ) will always be in the box.
oh and i would possibly like it to adjust height wise, so my page will just vertically get longer.
cheers

If you gave your div an explicit height, then there is nothing that you can (easily) do to have it change in the future such that it will dynamically expand to fit your content. I am not really sure what kind of elements are going to make up your page, but if formatting is going to be an issue, then you might have to define the height/width of the areas around your dynamic content area.
If you post some code or a link to the page I might be able to help with specifics.
