optional filter location

Postby dstephen on Wed Jun 13, 2007 4:20 pm

Is there another place to access/use filters other than the drop down under 'Filters"? Mine are missing from the drop down menu...I only seem to have Blur, Glaussin blur etc. No liquify, Extract etc.

not even there

Postby dstephen on Wed Jun 13, 2007 5:04 pm

I have Photoshop CS and they're not even there. All I have under Filters is blur, glaussin blur, sharpen -maybe 4 things total...no extract, no liquify, nothing else...someone said I may have a bad copy. But I was wondering if there is another place on the tool bar I can access those tools/filters.
Thanks for taken the time to read and respond

There's no other way that i know of.
Have you tried reinstalling it?And are you sure that it's not something like a demo version?

why create a 2nd post for the same question? If it came on your computer (and you didn't pay extra for it) it is probably not the full version, or if your computer is used and it is on there it is probably some hack-job pirate that wasn't downloaded/installed correctly.

When you run the program you'd most likely get an error stating that adobe could not find this or that filter/tool when loading.
Theese are standard messages you get when a program is missing a compartment.
Therefore, I'm pretty sure that t hose filters are not included in your version/demo.'
