Primary Domain Controller

Im trying to create a primary domain controller using samba and at the moment am having quite alot of problems, the main one is making the logins with there own directory, I thought it was goin 2 be easy at the moment the other linux machine are talkin and creating folders quite nicly but the windows systems are just ignorin the controller, i no i no properly somethin damn microsoft updates have done lol, by they can see the domain controller but just wont connect, both using OLD IP didnt no anythin about IP6 so thought mneh.
