Help me please

I have no clue about Photoshop even to open the program is stress, let alone follow the tutorials, I simply do not comprehend it. I need desperate help with designing a Logo for a bulletin board, is anyone willing to help this chic out please :oops:

Well I have a photo i wanted to use but have a a bit brushed and a name added above and below it but the photo needs to be oval shaped and the name wrapping top and bottom in an oval half moon shape, you know what I mean? But the name should be flaoating in other words, not connected to any background. :cry:

Been waiting a month for someone to come thru for me and they have not even contacted me back :cry:

if that is not achievable, then can I post the photo so you all can see what I need help with? I would be ever so grateful if someone can help me prutty please :oops:

post up the pic most of what you want is pretty easy to do.

sut it is easy, to someone who konws photoshop it is, to someone who has no clue not even with the instructions is it not. :oops:
