new to photoshop CS2

just recently made a signature that im personally satisfied with. what do you guys think? what could be better?

Other than the fact that the guitar head gets lost in the background of the forum it is pretty solid.

Not sure if that style fits with Chevelle's music style, but who am I to judge one artist's musical interpretation.

Yeah, you can see a little white around the word CheVelle, and above Pete.
Chevelle is the best band ever.

As others said the guitar head is a sore thumb, add a 1px stroke around it and it would stand out a lot more.

The white spots seem like you just didn't want to take the time to mask it all the way, or just didn't seem them before you made the transparency color.

The top of the letter h gets lost in the image (not a big deal, but something i noticed).

The middle image gets lost because the first image w/ guitar are what draws the attention.

I know this is silly, but the third image struck as odd at first. I looked at it and thought, man that guy looks like he is floggin the dolphin, then i realized it was a guitar...

Overall a good starting image though, just needs some tweaking.

Stroke would probably make it look wierd since its transparent, and unless its a straight line strokes kinda tend to bring out the jagged edges, otherwise I agree with you tombo
