Add image to existant psd

Hi...
I am new in photoshop, and i have problem, i have a psd file(home page for web site), and i want to add image to the middle. and i don't know how to do so.
I am using photoshop cs2.

are you saying that you want to add another .psd image, or .jpg or a pre existing file to the webpage .psd?if so, then all you have to do is

1. open up the image you want in the web page .psd
2. open up the layers box windows->layers
3. drag the layer of that image into the web page canvas and
4. move it with the move tool. that's it

if you want to create your own image in the webpage .psd, just go to the layers box and on the bottom right click the new layer button, then you can do what ever on that layer, and it will not effect the webpage layer
