Strange Light

1. Make a new document (Ctrl-N), I made my 459x450 pixels and with a background of black

2. Then go to Filter -> render -> lensflare with these settings of brightness 10%,50-300mm Zoom

3. Make these lens flares around ur image 7 or below times

Image

3. Now duplicate this layer 1 time and go to Filter -> Blur -> Radial blur, with 100%zoom best quality

4. Then with your other unzoomed layer , go to Filter -> Blur -> Radial blur and do a 70 % spin with best quality

5. Change Layer 2 blending mode into ' Screen ' and then merge bothlayers

6. Then duplicate the image 2 times , then make the copys screen

7. Now Flatten the image so you have 1 layer

8. Then press Ctrl-U to bring up the color screen , play around with it until you get something you like

9. Go to Image -> Adjustments -> brightness/contrast and mess around with it make it brighter or dimmer what you like

Image

Now you are done! :)... if u want to, you can duplicate your layer and make more 'crikle' and then transform them freely.. maby like this?:
