Error when opening website

When I open the website at this time, I get an error:

Fatal error: session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: /tmp) in /home/devppl2/public_html/index.php on line 2

Its not fixed yet, I don't know why its shown it happend to me while I was developing this site but never since then. I will check the code for errors and hope I will find the error.

The error doesn't seem to exist anymore. However, I did get it several times. Tried to refresh the page, reopen if from another website... Just got that error again and again and again...
