I figure it was originally a photo.
Then turned into a high contrast black and white.
But how do you make all the white transparent?

Help me please![/img]

which "white" are you referring to?
the yellow-colored of the t-shirt, or the white background around the t-shirt?

Well I figure her face, fist, etc was white but changed to tranparent or yellow. I don't know how to do something like this. I've trying to figure out but can't seem to. Do you know?

Can you change all of one color to tranparency?

make a selection on her face by using magic wand tool or go to Image>Color Range then click on the white color....click OK.... then hit delete..... there is another way to transparent image but only work with image that has Style Effect on it....

You can cut the white out, and background. Copy it to a new document with 'Background Content: Transparency' and save it as a .png, this keeps the transparency.

The best way to do it is after you get it to black and white set the blend mode to either Multiply or Darken.
