I don't really have 3 favorites i like all my games thats why i baught them :p. However for the sake of the topic, 3 games i like in no particular order.

Supreme Commander
Battlefield 2 & Special Forces
Counterstrike: Source
(THREE IS TO LIMITED)
Dawn of War (Entire series)
Wolrd in conflict
