I need some help big time...

Postby 6ixty6 on Mon Nov 19, 2007 5:10 pm

Hey Guys I have spent all day on a postcard design and i just saved it to pdf thinking that all was fine but NO photoshop decided to flattern all my layers and save a copy over my psd.

Now when i open the psd file all i have is a flat version of my postcard.

Does anyone know how i can turn back the hands of time and save my layered psd file????

or if someone knows how to recover the lost layers that would be great

cheers

:D

That is not possible im afraid. You should save your files in .psd if you want your layer information stored.

Next time you should save it as a .tiff which keeps the layers, then save it as a .pdf with a similar name. You can only undo the history if the picture is open.
