I am trying to save an Illustrator file in CS3 to send to a vendor who only has CS2 and lower. I need the file to still be editable when the vendor recieves it. Any suggestions on how to do that??? Thanks!

Just save it as a CS2 file. It should be completely editable in when brought into CS2.
