Overwriting myspace

Hello
How would you overwrite the standard tables on myspace so I can just do it my self? Kind of like thehen did it in the showroom forum. Make it so the table are gone and I can just make it like a normal webpage.
I'm experience in HTML so all I need to know is how to overwrite that.
