My website will not load on Windows Machines

Postby inviteonlyfilms on Sun Feb 24, 2008 2:59 am

Hi, I own a domain on Globat.com and everything is fine except my site will not load on Windows. The site works perfectly on MacOSX and I cannot figure out why it won't on Windows. Could it be HTML? I emailed my host and he couldn't help me. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

It's probably not Windows that's the problem, I belive it's the browser, try viewing it in IE6, IE7, Firefox, Opera and Safari and see if it's working in some of them.

what means it will not load... are there any errors on windows? maybe you have to write a single stylesheet for every browser..

None in particular. it would just be easier of people can see the problem. I used the W3C validation service to see how valid your code is, 36 errors I think http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.i ... ne&group=0 . Fix this stuff then see how it displays, this can help.

Hey cool I looked into that and I think it may be better now. I tried on Firefox and it works fine, but older IE's don't work very well. Its the Media page I am focused on. In IE, the windows won't popup but their fine in all other browsers..
