Hi! My mod has one common word - silence.
So, first thing - homemade 2x 120mm holes (front and top)and put into them 120mm fans (Tricod Science - 1500RPM@7V). Then I brought Zalman 7000 copper HSF. It was fine, but a month later fan started to make annoying noise even if it was at 7V. So I decided to remove it and put in front of it another 120mm fan.
Finish: Now I have 4 120mm fans in my case (including power supply) at 1500RPM approx. and I hear practically NOTHING.
Of course CPU I have used is P4 Northwood 2.0A - I had Prescott Celeron 2.66D, but never more...

Another thing I have made are my LEDs at the bottom - 10x red and 6x green with 5V/12V control each (together with fan control using Zalman MFC1 controller).

Last is my plexi window with dragon (second dragon can be seen over the CPU fan at the rear of the case.)

Looks like an X-mas tree with the LEDs at the bottom ;) It should be pretty silent with those fans running at 5V. Are you actually able to run the CPU fan at 5V?

Yes, of course, even if CPU load is 100%. But I prefer 7V - its safer, because at 5V some fan types couldnt start.
