Work out which way your printer is feeding the paper. Then print one side exactly in the centre, flip it over, put the paper back in the tray and print again. Exactly how you do this will depend on your printer and it may take several tries to get it right.

That's dependent on a lot of things:
-
Your printer. Is it inkjet or laser?
-
Your monitor. Have you ever calibrated it?
-
Your project. What's your project's colour mode? (Remember that while your Photoshop default is RGB, your printer will be using CMYK.)
If you can't switch to another printer, trial and error is really the only way to get your project looking closer to what you want. Switching to CMYK will give you a slightly closer reflection of what your project will look like in print, but it will still be different (the print will be darker that it looks on screen, usually).
Sorry that there's no quick fix for this one. My printer prints a nice red at C-0 M-100 Y-90 K-0 - but mine's a Fuji laser - anything else will look different. Sorry I can't be more help - hope you get it sorted out.
