Maya
Blender (free)
Flash (2d animation)
Anim8or (free)

Thats it of the top of my head... there are many more...

I'd steer away from Blender... well if you have a Mac the interface on Mac is terrible IMO. Though the others are good. Well I haven't had experience with Anim8or.
