Yes, I have checked the script archive and searched through previous posts, and no, I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for.
What I need is a contact-form script that:
1 - Is free or reasonably cheap. (I would rather pay for a good service than make do with a crappy one!)
2 - Uses CAPTCHA image verification. (I have tried one form that required the user to answer a mathematical question to verify - absolutely hated this and I'm sure my users will as well!)
3 - Will email a confirmation to the user's email address, as well as displaying a 'yes, that worked' message on-screen.
4 - Allows me to embed the form completely on my own site, rather than redirecting users to a form that is hosted elsewhere.
5 - Is not so automated that I have no control. (My level of php programming experience is intermediate at best, although I have some experience in Actionscripting and the syntax seems reasonably similar...
I don't want a site that was made for people who'd try to treat a computer virus with penicillin! )

If anyone knows of another site offering this service (or some other way to get what I want) I'd really appreciate hearing about it.
