I like it, and http://www.chami.com/html-kit/services/favicon/ that's for the images that go next to the URL, it's called a Favicon BTW.

Not bad at all for a first attempt. Keep learning photoshop to really upgrade the look of your site, and work on your coding skills. Keep practicing and it will look awesome!

ya my photoshop skills r bare nothing lawl, i didnt even try to make a header, ty for the favicon, that was rly bugging me, also i was wondering if anyone could help me make a form to where the members of the team could enter in the info and it be displayed on their profile page, i know it takes some mad php skills and all that randomness, so ya, for right now ill be researching the heck out of it untill i figure it out.
