ATI 4870 superior to the 9800gx2!

Well, I'm shocked. ATI's been silent for a while now then they release this and stamp on Nvidia's best card at 1/3 of the price. More reliable benchmarking is needed but so far:







ATI is also using 'Havok' physics developed by Intel. Havok is considered superior and more popular to Nvidia's 'Physx'. Looks like ATI is fighting back, hopefully it won't start the whole 'fan boy' scene again but the competition will help us all by reducing prices
