HELP ME WITH THIS COLOR PLEASE :)

Im tired of the "ordinary" colors of a photo, and I have no idea how to work in photoshop to change it.

I think you'll do better by changing both things at once.
First off you'd need a descent shot with a good camera.
It's difficult to say what excact measurements was used to create this effect but if you tamper around with some stuff in edit>adjustments and create some extra layers with different blending modes you can create the same colors as in that picture.
