Hex codes turned into caps on Vista

Hello
I have just got a new computer and in all my .css files all my hex codes are now displaying in capitals.
I just use Notepad for all my edits.
Anyone else had this problem and is it a problem when I upload the files to my server?

It wont make a difference whether they are upper case or lowercase.
