hello, i would like to copy a ranking system and paste it on a external site, so when the points are changing it changes on the extrenal site also(could be a delay of 1-7 days ^^)

what you mean with Ranking system?.
Is it a system that show you what is your ranking in the 3 search sytems , google , yahoo, msn?.
if so , i use another one that is a add-on to firefox that show google and alexa in the one toolbar
if not, please explain it a little more.

i meant such: In a game there's a Ranking list. The Rankin is based HTML but the Page has the .PHP ending. however, i would like to put a self-refreshing ranking on my Clan Page(the page is in the game, and it only allows HTML coding) The Ranking on my Clan Page should Refresh automatically(point, rank..) i want to have a overview of our Clan Members ranks and points. thats all ^^ hope i could help you too understand

I can think of one overly complicated way off doing it, you can use PHP to create an image (like when making CAPTCHAS). So you could create a script on your server that "draws" a high score table. Then on you clan page you could have <img src="http://www.yousite.com/image.php"> and it will display the high scores.

Another way could be easier, does your clan page accept flash?

this clan page is based and is IN THE GAME. so everything i can do is write a HTML code. nothing else...no scripts on server or something in that way. i think the ranking system is based with chcounter :S

You can use seo quark web tool to know about ranking on major search engine. it is free and you can see your site ranking in a time and in a same window.

what about just using an iFrame displaying the ranking boards? it's not pretty by anymeans but it's probably the best you'll get with pure html
