Like it. I tink you might wanna give the eyes a different colour and the lips same. Do'nt make it all 100% blue... try modifying lips and eyes

I am not good at colour in fact, so I just put a blue layer covering the
image at the final step to make the whole colour more friendly.I will try more colours.Thanks for your advice,.

I disagree, I really like the blue everything. Looks great. Unless you find a color that blends really well with the blue, I'd leave it.
