Hey, bought the domains freelancerscity.com from someone and they gave me the PSD design along with it. I coded it and I think it looks cool just want to get some feedback on it before I build the rest of the site. I know about it not working in IE6 and at the minute I don't really care but I will get it sorted. I'd like to make it clear that I didn't actually design it so be as critical as you like

the logo and the links on the right aren't very inviting. i'd say you brighten everything up, especially the header and just make it a little more easy to sit on the site.

Sorry for taking so long to reply, I had all school stuff to do. And what you mean brighten it up? Like use more colourful colours? Like greener greens and things?

exactly. it's just really dark colours right now which can send a message of being unfriendly and it doesn't make it a place people want to come back to.
and the links should probably be a little bigger. they are going to be clicked a lot ideally so they should be easier to get the mouse to faster.
