Margin moving everything :S

Hi, I have a 5px top margin on the Website button, but it shifts the nav down 5px as well. Anyone know why?

Ok, think it's something to do with the order I put my DIV's down but It's going to take ages for me to change it all and get it right, any way to fix it without rearranging the whole page? And anything I can do to tidy my HTML and CSS up?
