I have been trying to transfer data from a .txt file to Excel and found an ADO application that seems to be able to do it.

I'm using Visual Basic in Excel and cant seem to run the application properly.
Has anyone got any ideas how i can run the code in VB connected to an Excel workbook, and how i can structure it in order to make it work?!!!
