Suggestions please?

I have just a simple picture of my man and I was wondering what are good tutorials and tips to fix it up all heart-y and love-y for a myspace background? Please help because I want him to know how much I love him right now but he and I have limited contact thanks to his parents so I can't express it and I want him to have something to see and leave him speechless when he sees it.

Well, for the sake of both of you, if you ask me there is nothing that is more of a turnoff than finding that the girl you are into is going to plaster your picture all over myspace with hearts and such. It seems reaaallly desperate and clingy and kinda stalker-scary...

But it is up to you, who am I to judge...

Don't worry, he's just as attached to me as I am to him and I have in the past made simple-r myspace backgrounds for him and he loved them and thanked me for them so something with hearts that is lovey dovey he will not mind at all.
