Hey, would be really sweet if anyone could make this photo 20 by 20 pixels

Also, preferably keeping as much of the head and jacket as possible inside the frame. Just take away the unnecessary space on the left side(:

At 20 x 20 pxls you may as well just have an unrecognisable blob.
